Conducted a profiling assessment for 120+ participants across five cities, ensuring diverse representation and comprehensive insights.
Utilized a robust assessment pack with tools like a Personality Inventory, Situation Judgment Exercise, and more to gather well-rounded data.
Developed a Success Profile defining the ideal candidate persona for the role, based on the extensive data collected.
Delivered a detailed presentation to the senior leadership team, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
Designed a selection toolkit deployed on the Think Talent platform and created an orientation video to align stakeholders with the updated process.
The client team updated their candidate targeting strategy to match the newly identified success profile.
Enhancements in onboarding, performance management, and compensation structures are underway.
The introduction of online assessments and a more standardized interview process has improved the efficiency and objectivity of hiring decisions.
